Returns and Refunds Policy

Hadron Australia is committed to providing excellent customer service and adhering to Australian consumer laws concerning returns and refunds. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Below, you will find our policy regarding product issues, orders, and delivery.

Order and Delivery Issues

If you experience any problems with the delivery of your order, please notify us by phone or email (sales@hadronaustralia.com.au) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Please note that change of mind returns are not accepted. In cases where we agree to process a return for a non-warranty item, a restocking fee of 5% of the product’s purchase price may apply.

Product Issues (Faulty or Defective Products)

If you receive a faulty or defective product, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. To report a product issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Submit a return request by clicking the ‘Return Request’ button on our website or emailing our customer service team at sales@hadronaustralia.com.au.
  2. Product Inspection: We will assess your issue and provide instructions for returning the product.

Warranty Coverage:

  • If the product is confirmed as faulty within the warranty period, we will offer the following options at no charge:
    • Repair (where possible).
    • Replacement with a new or equivalent product.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the faulty product to Hadron Australia. If a product is deemed irreparable and is replaced under warranty, the replacement product will come with a pro-rated warranty, reflecting the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

Consumer Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if the goods you purchased are defective, fail to match the description, or are not of acceptable quality. If you are entitled to a remedy, you can choose between a repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the nature of the issue.
